Wanting to embrace the 2015 color of the year, Marsala one more time, Rachel used traditional fall colors to bring this event space to life! Located on White Street in Wake Forest, this quaint space is one of our favorites around town for an intimate setting.
Some will host only their reception at The Cotton Company, however, others will use the space for their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Setup and flip is simple and can be done in a number of ways.
For Instance, have you ever thought about having your ceremony in your reception space? Guests would sit comfortably in their seats and then have the ability to head across the room for cocktail hour without having to leave for a full room flip!
If you’re looking for a more traditional ceremony setup, we’ve shown you how to pull it off in this particular space with some inspiration below.
Whether you are using fruits or veggies in your decor, it’s important to think about sealing them to keep them looking fresh and lasting longer. This can be done easily with a few coats of a polycrylic.
In a small space, be sure to take advantage of large decor items and use them in different designs. Here we used the same ceremony frame backdrop for the sweetheart table in order to avoid having to move or replace it. This saved time and money in the long run!
Thank you to everyone who made this look possible and thank you to Rachel for all her handwork in putting it together. Please take a second to look through each vendor and see if they can help you plan your special day!
